New Customers

Step 1

  • You fill out the online application form.
  • You stay on our site and your loan documents will appear on your screen within a minute or so
  • You sign the documents using our bank-approved secure electronic signature.

Step 2

  • You leave our website and go straight to your email inbox.
  • You receive an email with your copy of the loan document.
  • You also receive a second email from us straight away asking you to confirm your email address.
  • You click on the link to confirm your email address.  This completes the application process.

Step 3

  • We receive your loan documents.
  • We send you an email and text requesting your past two months' bank statements through a third-party confidential and secure service called Decision Logic. This takes you less than 1 minute to complete.

  • We run a credit check. If you have poor credit, we may offer you the option of repaying your loan via payroll deductions.

  • We check your current employment and pay details. Please let your payroll know that we will be contacting them - this will speed up the process.

Step 4

  • We may ask you by email for additional information, depending on your credit history.

  • We advise you by email if your loan is approved within 60 minutes of receiving your signed documents. This is subject to us being able to quickly confirm your pay details.

Step 5

  • We approve your loan.
  • We transfer the money to your bank account.

Returning Customers

Step 1

  • You fill out the online application form.
  • We email you a copy of your completed loan documents.

Step 2

  • We receive your loan documents and review your application.

Step 3

  • If you have not changed your bank account and employment details, we advise approval of your new loan within 15 minutes.
  • If your details have changed, we advise you by email if your loan is approved within 60 minutes of receiving your signed documents. This is subject to us being able to quickly confirm your pay details.

Step 4

  • We transfer the money to your bank account.
